• SDAT Real Property Search provides ownership and value information about every parcel of real property in the State of Maryland (approximately 2,000,000 accounts), as well as sales of real property. This is a service of the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation.

• Maryland Marriage License Public Retrieval consists of marriage records from 1996 to present, although some counties may have more. Anne Arundel County is excluded from this database.
